As a System Engineer with a focus on ZTE systems, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ZTE network systems with a focus on CORE and VAS Services. You will work with a team of engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless network operations and support our clients' evolving needs.

YOUR ROLE

• Installation and Configuration: Install and configure ZTE network equipment and software, ensuring that the system is set up according to design specifications and industry standards.
• System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance activities, including software updates, firmware upgrades, and system backups, to maintain the stability and security of ZTE systems.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to ZTE network components, providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Documentation: Keep comprehensive records of system configurations, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting processes for future reference.
• Client Support: Serve as a technical resource for clients, providing guidance and resolving issues related to ZTE equipment and software.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other engineers, network architects, and project managers to ensure successful integration and implementation of ZTE systems.
• Compliance: Ensure that all activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, focusing on data security and system integrity.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a System Engineer, with significant experience working with ZTE network systems.
• Solid knowledge of telecommunications technologies, network protocols, and systems architecture.
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix operating systems and scripting languages
• Strong
  - solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Experience with ZTE Systems, software and hardware.
• Relevant certifications (e. g. , Redhat Syst Admin, or similar) are preferred.
