Sofyne Active Technology, a member of the Saphir group, integrates and deploys PLM and MES solutions to support more than 30 major industrial accounts (aerospace, defence, automotive, luxury goods, etc. ) in their digital transformation.

Present in France and Europe, our teams are involved from the upstream phase of projects through to production
- up and support.
Our innovation and development division implements innovative solutions as part of Industry 4. 0 projects.

We are currently engaged in an ambitious digital transformation program.
To support this project, we are looking to recruit a System and Network Administrator on a permanent contract.
Reporting to our IT Manager, you will work on an international basis.

Main tasks :

• Systems administration: Managing, maintaining and optimising IT systems (servers, databases, etc. ).
• Network management: Supervising and maintaining the company's IT networks (LAN, WAN, VPN).
• IT security: Implementing and managing security policies to protect data and infrastructure.
  
• Technical support: Providing technical support to users and resolving incidents relating to systems and networks.
  
• Documentation: Writing and updating technical documentation and procedures.

Skills required:

• Technical:
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory and network services, Terminal Server, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Powershell, etc. ).
  • Knowledge of virtualisation technologies (VMware)
  • Network management skills (VLAN, SDWAN, Wi-Fi, Forti
    Net ecosystem, DHCP, VPN).
  • Experience in IT security (firewalls, antivirus, vulnerability management, etc. ).
  • Knowledge of Linux environments
  • Knowledge of tools such as GLPI, Zabbix, Wazuh, Proxmox would be a plus.

• Soft skills :
  • Ability to analyse and solve problems.
  • Good communication skills (written, spoken, French, English).
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Ability to make proposals.
  • Organised and motivated.

Profile required:

• Education: 3 to 5 years' higher education in IT or equivalent.
  
• Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position.
  
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential.

Occasional travel to different Group entities (Europe) is to be expected.
