Job Description:

We are looking for you to join our new team, which provides services for the Swiss Post operating organization. Would you like to work with us to further develop and optimize the automation of mail packaging and distribution? On the one hand, we want to optimize the provision of installation packages with you and improve the
- processing and quality of software distribution. Your tasks will range from designing and creating automatic installation packages to distributing them. You will also ensure the support of the IT infrastructure in the Lisbon branch. As a contact person, you will help to solve Windows client problems on site, be it with the provision of clients or other technical problems.

Description of the main tasks

1. You are responsible for creating automated software installations and for the smooth distribution of applications. You will work virtually with a product team from Switzerland.
2. You will provide 2 & 3 level support for problems relating to package installations and their uninstallation for the Windows client.
3. In the event of customer inquiries, you will support customers in the introduction of new applications in the change process, as well as advising on the creation of software packages.
4. You help in planned services (on-call, Point
   Of
   Contact (POC)) with software rollouts and
   - processing, thereby helping to keep the quality of distribution high.
5. With your scripting skills, you can improve and automate software packaging and distribution as well as
   - processing.
6. You are the single point of contact for user or infrastructure problems on site in the areas of PCs and workplace applications and are in close contact with the support teams in Switzerland.

Professional experience/expertise

1. You have professional experience in the field of Windows Client Engineering.
2. You score points with indispensable knowledge of MSI technology and Power
   Shell.
3. You have already had contact with endpoint management such as Intune or SCCM/Configuration Manager.
4. You have analytical and conceptual skills, work in a structured manner and are quick on the uptake.
5. Knowledge of programming small tools in C-Sharp or another developer language is desirable.
6. Experience in IT support in the areas of PCs, printers, networks (LAN/WLAN) and workplace applications is also desirable.
7. Ideally you have knowledge of scripting and automation technologies such as Power
   Shell and Power Automate.

Language skills

1. Fluent in English (written/oral).
2. German B2 or above.

Willingness to travel.

Hybrid Model: Two days a week @office (mandatory).

On-call duty organization (7/24).

On-call during working hours (07. 00 - 16. 00) once a month.
