System Administrator
The System Administrator is responsible for maintaining the reliability, security, and efficiency of the company’s IT systems. This role involves managing
- hosted deployments in AWS, administering the Microsoft ecosystem (Office 365, Share
Point, Azure AD, etc. ), and ensuring endpoint devices meet company standards. The ideal candidate will act as a technical expert, supporting both operational IT and strategic initiatives to enhance infrastructure and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and monitor
- hosted deployments within AWS infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. - Design and implement security measures for
- hosted applications and systems. - Monitor capacity, plan storage, and manage backups for AWS-hosted environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud infrastructure.
Microsoft Suite Administration
- Manage and secure the Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Share
Point, and Teams. - Configure and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD), including
- based access control (RBAC) and identity protection measures. - Develop and enforce security policies for Office 365 and related services.
- Ensure efficient deployment and lifecycle management of company devices via Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
Endpoint and Device Management
- Automate deployment and configuration of staff devices using modern management tools.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with device security policies.
- Provide support for hardware troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.
Systems Security and Compliance
- Implement and manage security frameworks, policies, and measures across all systems.
- Collaborate with the Tech Ops & Security team to support internal and external security audits.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and best practices.
Technical Support and Collaboration
- Act as the escalation point for

- line support for operational IT and
- related issues. - Provide technical support and guidance to internal staff.
- Assist with technical support for clients by liaising with Customer Success.

Project Implementation
- Lead the implementation of new technical systems, from research and planning to deployment.
- Contribute to the development of scalable and secure IT solutions.
- Manage domain name registrations and configurations.
- Document system configurations, policies, and procedures to ensure continuity.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to existing systems.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and
- on experience with AWS, Azure AD, and the Microsoft ecosystem (Office 365, Share
Point, Teams, etc. ). - Proficiency in endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
- Strong understanding of IT security principles and frameworks.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience with automating IT processes and workflows.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e. g. , AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Comp
TIA Security+) are advantageous.
