As the new System Administrator, your focus will be on advising customers and providing valuable assistance on modern workplace and cloud services. You will assist customers and partners, in understanding the business and strategic value of Microsoft Office 365 Security, Compliance and a multitude of other features, while providing them with training on Modern Workplace solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Showcase Crayon’s Value propositions to customers and help them with Modern Workplace projects, such as Microsoft and GWS.
• Be a trusted advisor to our Customers and Partners, by building strong and transparent relationships.
• Deliver, from financial planning to
  - on implementation, in parallel with project management of local or remote individual and team resources.
• Remain open to learning new technologies, such as GCP.
• Collaborate with large and
  - size enterprises, as well as with partners.
• Have remote and
  -
  - face meetings with clients.
• Possess certifications or competencies in Microsoft M365 (GWS is a plus – Google workspace).
• Skilled in customizing services that solve business challenges and needs.
• Stay updated with the latest solutions, features and roadmaps for Microsoft Office 365 and GWS.
• Expertise in planning, configuring and deploying Office 365 solutions.
• Proficient in defining and implementing Security and Compliance solutions in Office 365.
• Experience with Security and Compliance implementation and Identity synchronization.
