About the Role - System Administrator

We are looking for a System Administrator to join our IT team and help us maintain and secure our computer systems and networks. We are already setting new grounds in the Market Research field and hope your unique contribution can support and increase the demand for Mind
Prober’s tech.

What you can expect when working with people who love science & tech (and good food):

• Monitor and maintain the organization's computer systems and networks
• Install and configure software and hardware
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Ensure the cybersecurity of the organization's systems and data by implementing and managing appropriate security measures
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Provide technical support to
  - users
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access
• Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and support new projects
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of system administration and cybersecurity

About You

The successful candidate for this role will not just understand but thrive in a technological
- up setting.

Do you have experience working autonomously in dynamic and ambitious environments? This might be a good match for you!

Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science, information technology or related field
• Strong knowledge of Windows, MAC and Linux operating systems
• Experience in network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs

Valued characteristics:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong taste for flexible working circumstances (especially schedules – different time zones)

Nice to have:

• Network or Linux certifications are a plus (i. e. CCNA, Linux Essentials, and others)
• Familiarity with cybersecurity topics and best practices
