Role Overview:

We are looking for a System Administrator (Dev
Ops) to integrate one of our biggest clients in the banking sector. The client in question is one of the biggest banks in europe, with activity in over 70 countries around the world, it also counts with over 150 years of existence which means that is an extremely consolidated player in the banking industry. You will join an international and diverse team. (Lisbon - Hybrid)

What you will do:

• Requirement Gathering & Change Management;
• Collect and document technical requirements for system enhancements;
• Participate in the change request process for technical and functional updates;
• Testing & Delivery;
• Collaborate on technical testing to ensure smooth production delivery;
• Launch and monitor initiatives, ensuring timely
  - up;
• Issue Resolution & Process Optimization;
• Perform Level 3 support, analyzing reported issues, and identifying solutions or workarounds to minimize impact;
• Ensure resolution and
  - up with vendors or service providers;
• Oversee technical processes (e. g. , Online, STP flows, batches) and document known issues for
  - line support;

What you are like:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in technical roles
• Proficiency in Dev
  Ops practices and tools (e. g. , Git, CI/CD, Terraform, Chef, Jenkins)
• Skilled in scripting languages (e. g. , Bash, Python, Terraform) and containerization using Dockerfiles
• Experience deploying applications in Kubernetes environments using Argo
  CD for streamlined and automated deployments
• Excellent analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
