Your Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 and L2 support for incidents/requests raised by monitoring systems or reported by customers.
• Efficiently operate monitoring systems and escalate L3 and above incidents/requests to other teams.
• Perform routine procedures and
  - hours scheduled tasks.
• Troubleshoot networks and systems, ensuring reliable operations.

You Must Have:

• At least a 12th-grade education or current university attendance.
• Previous experience in similar functions.
• Strong computer skills in Windows, Unix/Linux, and virtualization environments.
• Knowledge of structured networks and TCP/IP protocols.
• Availability for 24/7 shifts.
• Good knowledge of English.
