The Offer:
- Assist customers via telephone, email, and chat.
- Offer technical assistance on the platform.
- Apply the correct escalation process when necessary.
- Be an active listener and show availability to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer.
- Identify, study, and propose the best solution to help the customer.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction upon interaction completion.
- Gather all relevant information into the system and maintain a high level of service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and intermediate level in English.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus.
- Genuine caregiver with a
- solver mindset. - Able to
- task, proactive, and good with time management. - Comfortable with phone calls, email writing, and social media.
