Then come and join our marketing team as Core Lab Solutions (CLS) Team Lead - Atellica, Automation & IT, being marketing responsible for the Atellica, Automation & IT business over the countries of zone Southwest Europe (SWE) - Italy, France, Spain, Belux, Greece and Portugal.
Your responsibilities:
- Effectively lead and develop the SWE CLS product manager's team.
- Supports Marketing Head in establishing and executing Marketing strategy and plan: In alignment with Global and SWE Leadership team, executes the SWE Marketing plan that determines the focus areas by Product line (includes, GTM considerations, pricing, promotional plan & communication incl. events, product launches, commercial KPIs).
- Create alignment between Country Business Leads needs and Marketing strategy.
- Relate Business line to market (including competition) to position, price & promote.
- Look for customer experience as a pathway to success, overall sales cycle.
- Creates full market transparency for Business line of responsibility: market mapping, maximizing market coverage in CRM and supports efforts to determine market sizes, market shares and funnel management.
Your qualifications and experience:
- Leadership experience
- Clinical and technical knowledge of Business line
- Market knowledge
- IT tools (excel, ppt, Power BI) expertise from a user point of view.

Your tasks:
- Lead with purpose, create networks, empower the team and work with transparency.
- Be a brand ambassador.
- Campaign definition & implementation.
- Drive Commercial team to profitable growth; discussions for
- Sales as well as
- Sales, e. g. , loss avoidance/retention (escalation of customer concerns). - Deploy or prepare specific marketing material.
- Updates and educates Sales on product line news relevant for SWE; includes presentations in regular Townhall meetings and product line dedicated training to Sales and/or product specialist teams.
- 2nd level presentations and/or public events for customers.
- 2nd level on tender answering (including design check) from a Marketing point of view and 2nd level marketing support for countries.
- Serves as 1st and only point of contact for Global Marketing guidance specific to Product line and requests from Global MK regarding business cases in product line development.
- Support plan demand on instruments.
- Responsible for Installed Base (IB) development.
- Market evaluation & competitive intelligence.
- Defining & supporting new launches and CROs at Zone/country level.
- Budget preparation on the product line level including profit & IB.
- Contributes to newsletters where needed.
