We work with some of the world’s largest and most complex companies to understand their unique business issues and opportunities in an ever changing environment.

The professional to be hired will have as their main responsibilities the development and operationalization of assurance projects in the area of Climate Change, with the opportunity to work with companies from various sectors in verifying their performance reporting, including the CSRD.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and carry out assurance projects on
  - financial information, including CSRD, the EU taxonomy, and GRI standards;
• Support clients in enhancing their sustainability reports, assessing their double materiality, ensuring compliance with ESRS, and providing effective suggestions for improving their processes, risk structure, and controls;
• Conduct benchmark analyses in areas related to ESRS reporting;
• Act as a sustainability expert and support members of the extended audit teams with complex technical issues;
• Develop and manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
• Communicate clearly and effectively to influence and connect with others;
• Be responsible for project management activities.
  
  

• A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Environmental Engineering, or similar fields, with additional training in
  - related areas being a plus;
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience;
• Experience in financial auditing (preferred);
• Project management experience (preferred);
• Knowledge of sustainability topics (preferred);
• Strong analytical and adaptability skills;
• A critical mindset with the ability to think strategically, as well as identify, develop, and implement practical solutions;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English;
• Intermediate/advanced level of Excel.
