Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a smile brighter than the sun and make them feel at home in our shop.
• Provide stellar customer service by helping customers find the perfect surf gear and answering any questions they may have.
• Book surf lessons like a pro, matching eager learners with our awesome surf instructors.
• Keep the shop looking fresh and tidy, because nobody likes a messy beach bum!
• Handle phone and email inquiries with grace and efficiency, making sure every customer feels valued.
• Spread the word about our surf shop and lessons like wildfire, because the more, the merrier!

Requirements:

• A passion for surfing and spreading good vibes like confetti.
• A sunny disposition and a knack for making people feel welcome.
• Excellent communication skills in English (bonus points if you speak Portuguese or understand a little).
• The ability to multitask like a pro, because the surf never stops rolling!
• A team player mentality with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
• A sense of humour that can weather any storm.
