YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Support Technician to join our dynamic team for an exciting project in the Healthcare area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, ensuring effective problem resolution, and the continuous maintenance of our clients' operating systems and applications.

YOUR PROFILE

Must Have:

• Higher education in the field of Information Technology, Engineering, Biomedical or similar;
• Previous experience in a Support role or similar;
• Experience in PL/SQL and Java;
• Good knowledge of Operating Systems - Windows;
• Fluency in Portuguese.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Frontend;
• Experience in Web services;
• Knowledge of REST;
• Knowledge of HL7;
• Prior experience in the Healthcare sector.
