Support Specialist

Cloud is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Product Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields. No relevant experience is required, but any prior experience in a related role will be highly appreciated. The role is fully remote and offers flexibility in working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to users, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Thoroughly test our platform, identifying any issues or areas for improvement, and report findings to the appropriate teams.
- Deliver Tier 1 technical support, troubleshooting and resolving issues, or escalating them to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with
- functional teams to enhance product functionality, user experience, and overall customer satisfaction. - Document and track support cases, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with users.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation, including FAQs, guides, and tutorials.
- Continuously expand product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong
- solving abilities and a
- centric approach. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
- paced, remote environment. - Familiarity with various support tools and platforms (e. g. , ticketing systems, chat support, etc. ).
- Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of software, hardware, and networking concepts.
- Flexibility in working hours and adaptability to support users across various time zones.
