VWFS Porto is a VWFS AG IT hub, and the first outside Germany. Here we will establish a
- term Business & IT company. Our primary goal is to service all European markets in implementing and maintaining contract management systems and another IT projects in other areas. Our focus is on: Core systems, satellite systems (such as document management systems, collection systems) but also extends to integrations, data, and large project organizations. For this we seek a
- on Support for Manage Assurance Process.
Objectives:
Provide support to the Headquarters area responsible for Manage Assurance Process, aiming to organise and tracking activities from different markets from VWFS.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Managing the VWFS Assurance Instruments Tools based on JIRA. The role will focus on overseeing the assurance activities related to the second line of defence within our organization. The candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that assurance activities are documented, tracked, and aligned with the principles of the COBIT framework. This is a key position that ensures smooth communication, accountability, and effective implementation of governance controls across the organization.
We believe that the right profile for this role should have / be:
- 1-2 years of project experience from IT tracking activities – Agile methodology
- Extensive experience in managing emails and tickets with support of tools such as Microsoft 365 and JIRA, as well as prioritizing for an optimized processing workflow
- Experience in support activities for
- party departments - Creation and monitoring of dashboards and reports preparation to provide transparency to the stakeholders
- University studies in computer science, project management or any equivalent
- Strong structural competence and ability to organize himself independently.
- Clear and precise communication with stakeholders, both written and verbal.
- Mediation skills to tackle the lack of
- operation from customers - Speaks and writes English fluently (At least B2 level).
- Speaks and writes German is a plus.
