Role Overview:

We are looking for a Support Analyst (AS400/Unix) to integrate one of our biggest clients in the banking sector. The client in question is one of the biggest banks in europe, with activity in over 70 countries around the world, it also counts with over 150 years of existence which means that is an extremely consolidated player in the banking industry. You will join an international and diverse team. (Lisbon - on site)

What you will do:

• Provide L2 Application support to
  - users;
• Ensure that unresolved tickets are escalated to appropriate individuals/teams based on established guidelines and procedures;
• Provide a high level of customer services and maintains customer’s trust and confidence by creating positive customer relationships;
• Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap;
• Maintain / Enrich knowledge articles;

What you are like:

• At least 2 years of experience as first &
  - line (L1 and L2 support);
• AS400 and Unix troubleshooting skills;
• Strong knowledge on SQL queries, data analysis;
• Familiar with Production support tools like Service
  Now and JIRA is a plus;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
