Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of

Responsibilities - your mission:

Support on Supply Officer activities for Lo
B (Line of Balance) creation for POED commodities.

Essential Functions:

• Support the Supply Officer to publish the Lo
  B (Line of Balance):
  • Collect inputs for the Lo
    B activity:
    • Lo
      B (Line of Balance) extract on a weekly basis based on inputs from Supply Officer (CMS / PLANTs).
    • Integration of plants inputs (DDD at critical station).
    • Lo
      B update when new delivery plan is provided from suppliers.
  • Consolidation of all inputs above in order to publish global Lo
    B.
  • Lo
    B template must be used accordingly.
  • Initiate the 4 boxes for the new hotspot.
  • Inform the SO/SCQM to complete the 4 boxes’ comments.
  • Maintain
    -
    - date the Lo
    B tracker
    - up.
  • Display Lo
    B in the appropriate communication tools.
• Contribute to improvement projects.
• Attend team meetings.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

• Skills in Supply Chain and Quality or Procurement.
• Ability to translate business problems into meaningful insights.
• Fluency in English sufficient to fully engage in negotiations and team meetings.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Digital background.
• Shows a lot of rigor and concentration at work.
