Responsibilities - your mission:

Position Summary

Compliance Officer (Business improver) position to support POYC team (Control Supplier) and entire Procurement Operations organization with compliance check related activities and risks analysis.

Essential Functions

1. Contribute to Control Supplier procedural documentation maintenance (document update, Means of Compliance review and update when necessary) and Process Performance Indicators creation and maintenance.
2. Contribute to SCQM Support activity and propose improvements.
3. Contribute to knowledge management by proposing new items to be added to existing FAQ or Chatbot.
4. Preparation of awareness/training support contents.
5. Daily support to Operations (Internal requestors, Captains in Plant and FAL) with regards to management of A/C related subcontracted activities.

Additional Responsibilities

1. Support Control Supplier Process Owner in identifying and mitigating risks associated to Supplier Surveillance and Compliance.

Requirements - Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

1. Digital background.
2. Past experience in Supply Chain and Quality or Procurement, including Process management aspect.
3. Knowledge of Part21G and/or EN9100 desirable.
4. Communication and Change management skills.
5. Ability to write emails in English and French, to communicate on the phone or via emails with suppliers and Airbus employees.
6. Be customer focused, understand priorities = knows how to prioritize in case of emergencies.
7. Eager to learn to work with new tools / be open to change and to continuous improvement.
8. A degree in Business or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
9. Fluency in English sufficient to fully engage in negotiations.
10. Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
11. Able to travel domestically and internationally when needed.
12. Shows a lot of rigor and concentration at work.
