Colep Consumer Products is a multinational leading global player in the contract manufacturing of cosmetics and personal care, as well as a provider of innovative solutions for brands across the world. Colep Consumer Products develops Aerosol and Liquids, from concept to fully tested products.

The Supply & Capacity Planner will be responsible for optimizing the production plan to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products. This role involves managing resources, analyzing production capacities, and ensuring alignment between supply chain and manufacturing processes to meet customer demands while minimizing costs and downtime.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize production plans to ensure timely delivery of products while maximizing efficiency and resource allocation;

• Maintain close contact with purchasing, logistics, customer service, and manufacturing teams to ensure the availability of materials and resources required for production;

• . Monitor production performance and address any bottlenecks or issues that may affect deadlines;

• . Analyze demand forecasts and sales orders to adjust production plans as needed;

• . Maintain accurate records of production plans, capacities, and resource allocation.

We are looking for:

• Fluency in English (mandatory);

• At least 2-years experience in roles related to manufacturing environment (ideally as Production Planner or Scheduler);

• Academic degree in Engineering & Industrial Management, Business or similar fields;

• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines;

• Data-driven and robust analytical skills;

• Willingness to learn and support the team;

• Advanced MS Excel + SAP knowledge;

• Knowledge in Power BI is a plus.
