About the job

The Supplier Risk Analyst in the Procurement & Performance Services entity in Lisbon has as its main objective to assess Suppliers before and during a contractual relationship, in order to protect BNPP from financial, strategic, reputational and legal risk. This involves carrying out risk analysis before and during a collaboration with any Supplier, helping the buyers in their decisions.

Your Main Activities Are

1. Evaluate the risk (financial health / risk of financial failure, economic dependency between supplier and BNPP, financial security, General Data Protection Regulation, IT/Cyber-security risk, Operational risk, Corporate Social Responsibility) for existing suppliers (monitoring activity) and new suppliers (onboarding activity).
2. Prepare Group and Entities Risk Sourcing Committees (gathering Procurement & Performance, heads of Entities Procurement team, Compliance, Legal and Risk departments), which objective is to review the Group and Entities risk level exposition to its suppliers by:
1. Gathering risk evaluations of suppliers in coordination with buyers;
2. Managing watch list changes (entries and exits);
3. Supporting buyers in the definition of remediation plans and ensuring
   - up;
4. Analyzing local remediation plans with Entities Procurement teams and identifying
   - entry suppliers.
3. Support buyers by:
1. Performing
   - demand supplier risk assessments;
2. Monitoring different alerts and information regarding the suppliers;
3. Providing risk opinion on critical situations.
4. Continuously update internal and external tools according to the risk assessments performed.
5. Actively participate in the processes improvement whenever applicable.

Profile and Skills to Success

1. Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting and Business Management.
2. At least 3 years of Experience in Risk and Controls.
3. Up to 2 years of Experience in Compliance.
4. Knowledge in Compliance.
5. Knowledge in Risk Management - Risk monitoring and Risk analysis.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power
   Point).
7. Fluent in English.
8. Analytical Ability.
9. Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee and training.
10. Organisational skills.
