Overview / Summary:

Our client is a global innovation and solutions partner, manufacturing
- emission and alternative fuel power needs. Its mission is to provide
- generation powertrain solutions as markets around the world transition to a more sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage claims related to supplier deliveries, ensuring timely and effective resolution;
• Establish direct communication with suppliers to align on corrective and preventive actions;
• Monitor supplier performance with a focus on quality and
  - time delivery;
• Maintain updated records and reports on incidents and resolution statuses;
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as Production and Quality, to ensure efficient logistics processes;
• Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers to align expectations and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in logistics, claims management, or similar roles within the automotive industry;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written), essential for international supplier communication;
• Strong organizational skills,
  - solving abilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
• Knowledge of claims management tools or ERP systems is a plus (e. g. , SAP);
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
