What You’ll Do:

1. Maintain and support. NET and JAVA applications.
2. Optimize and manage support tools such as Biz
   Talk, IIS, Apache Tomcat, Documentum (Open
   Text), Glassfish, Ansible, and Elasticsearch.
3. Analyze and resolve application errors, including log and stack trace analysis.
4. Perform database analysis and corrections.
5. Implement monitoring and service control tools.
6. Conduct capacity and performance analysis, optimizing applications and infrastructure (Servers, IIS, SQL).
7. Serve as an interface between
   - line support and
   - line technical/business teams.
8. Identify and propose application improvement opportunities.
9. Assist internal teams and clients in project and testing phases, including error analysis and integration testing.
10. Contribute to the analysis, documentation, and improvement of internal processes and tools.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience in SQL programming.
2. Experience with scripting languages (Powershell/Shell Scripting).
3. Experience in incident resolution and problem management.
4. Professional experience in Windows and/or Linux infrastructure.
5. Knowledge of C# and JAVA programming languages is a plus.
6. Experience with Biz
   Talk Server is a plus.
