What you'll do

As a Success
Factors Time Management Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Success
Factors Time Management module to optimize our clients' HR processes, especially in the Time Tracking area. Your deep understanding of Success
Factors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.

Your Responsibilities include:

1. Work independently as part of
   - cultural teams delivering Success
   Factors Time Management / SAP HXM solutions to customers.
2. Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Employee Central Time functions like positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting and schedules, and labor activities.
3. Guide customers, both
   - site and offshore, on the SAP Best Practices for quick wins.
4. Lead and conduct Requirement Gathering Workshops and Trainings.
5. Lead customer stakeholders in their Digital journey with comprehensive knowledge across SAP Solution portfolio.
6. Perform feasibility studies and solution reviews.

What you bring

1. More than 3 years of experience in
   - cycle implementation and support projects for SAP Success
   Factors Time Management.
2. Good experience and knowledge of multiple Success
   Factors / SAP HCM Solutions – Employee Central, Time off, Time tracking, Time sheet, and/or Talent modules.
3. Good knowledge of SAP HCM
   - premise solution (preferable).
4. Certified in Success
   Factors Time Management module.
5. At least five
   -
   - end implementation experiences in Success
   Factors / SAP HCM.
6. Good knowledge of SAP Cloud methodologies (Launch, Activate).
7. Good knowledge of HR Business Processes.
8. Good communication skills, both oral and written.
9. SF Integration knowledge would be a plus.
10. EC Payroll experience and skills would be a plus.
