What you'll do
As an Success
Factors Time Managemnt Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Success
Factors Time Management module to optimize our clients' HR processes especially in Time Tracking area. Your deep understanding of Success
Factors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.
Your Responsibilities includes:
Work independently as part of
- cultural teams delivering Success
Factors Time Management / SAP HXM solutions to the customers.
Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of key Employee Central Time functions like positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting and schedules, and labor activities.
Able to guide the customers, both on site as well as offshore, on the SAP Best Practices for quick win.
Leading & Conducting Requirement Gathering Workshops & Trainings.
Lead the customer stakeholders in their Digital journey with comprehensive knowledge across SAP Solution portfolio.
Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews.
What you bring
More than 3 years of experience in
- cycle implementation and support projects for SAP Success
Factors Time Management.
Good experience & knowledge on multiple Success
Factors / SAP HCM Solutions – Employee Central, Time off, Time tracking, Time sheet and/or Talent modules.
Good Knowledge of SAP HCM on premise solution (preferable).
Certified in Success
Factors Time Management module.
At least five
-
- end implementation experience in Success
Factors / SAP HCM.
Good Knowledge of SAP Cloud methodologies (Launch, Activate).
Good knowledge on the HR Business Processes.
Good Communication skills, both oral and written.
SF Integration knowledge would be a plus.
EC Payroll experience & skills would be a plus.
