THE ROLE

As a SAP Success
Factors Expert, you will use your knowledge and experience with Talent Modules to help SBM HR community solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:

• Being the guarantor of the appropriate configuration of Success
  Factors talent modules
• Ensuring Support to HRIS Projects or End Users in terms of EC configuration improvement, Data setup, Business Rules, etc.
• Leading the relationship with IT team to manage Data Interfaces between Success
  Factors and
  - party systems
• Working closely with HR Process owners to deliver Business expectations within SAP Success
  Factors Talent Modules
• Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/Success
  Factors Talent Modules with at least 2 full life cycle Success
  Factors implementations
• Strong functional knowledge of the Success
  Factors system, specifically in Talent Modules and Compensation
• At least one project leading the Talent Modules workstream for the FLC implementation, driving your team to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables and service
• HRIS Project Manager Experience in Module implementation or Data Interface

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Talent Modules Certification strongly preferred
• Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products
