Factors Agile Analyst!
Mission: We are looking for an Agile Analyst to join a Managed Services (MSS) project, focused on managing and optimizing the Success
Factors system. Your main responsibilities will be to analyze requirements, manage agile processes and ensure the continuous delivery of value in strategic areas. The position will be held for a specific period, with a focus on digital transformation and support for the Human Resources operation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to collect, prioritize and manage requirements during the service period, ensuring alignment with the client's objectives.
- Create and manage detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, focused on the continuous improvement of digital HR processes.
- Supporting the development teams during sprints, facilitating agile ceremonies such as dailies, sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Monitoring the performance and use of Success
Factors modules to identify improvements and promote operational efficiency in areas such as compensation, onboarding, crossboarding and succession. - Facilitating communication between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment between operational requirements and the solutions delivered.
- Ensuring that solutions comply with applicable regulations and market best practices, always in line with Human Resources policies.
- Participating in the management of the transition and closure of the service, ensuring compliance with the defined objectives and the transfer of knowledge to the client's internal team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as an Agile Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in projects/systems related to Human Resources processes
- Solid, practical knowledge of the Success
Factors system - Practical experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, with a strong orientation towards results.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical and business requirements clearly, as well as stakeholder management in dynamic environments.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
- Certification as an Agile Business Analyst or equivalent. Plus
- Experience in digital transformation projects and integrating Success
Factors systems. Plus - Knowledge of systems integration and digital process optimization. Plus
- Good level of English.
