In order to support business growth we are hiring a
Success Factors Specialist, based in our Lisbon office. This is a temporary employment contract, but with the opportunity to become permanent.

Responsibilities:
Implementing and optimizing SAP Success
Factors HR modules solution for Acolad (supporting 3rd party)
Configuration and customization of Success
Factors modules (Employee Central, Time Management, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Succession & Development, Recruiting, Analytics)
Troubleshooting and support for Success
Factors implementations
Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance regulations
Being the guarantor of the appropriate configuration of Success
Factors
Ensuring Support to HRIS Projects or End Users in terms of configuration improvement, Data setup, Business Rules, etc.
Resolving challenging functional and technical issues with strong focus on SAP SF
Collaborate with business to understand and document opportunities and existing problems;
Resolve functional problems, escalate and track problems appropriately;
Manage system configuration in accordance with corporate guidelines and policies;
Create and deliver appropriate documentation, training and communication around feature(s) and process changes;
Participate in the design of new enhancements and business processes that will improve operational efficiency across the organization;
Able to conduct workshops
Create and deliver appropriate documentation, training and communication around feature(s) and process changes.
Managing Mass Data changes (import/Export)
Managing the relationship with IT team to manage Data Interfaces between Success
Factors and
- party systems
Working closely with HR Process owners to deliver Business expectations within SAP Successfactors modules
UAT tests, training, documentation and end user support
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Data, Management or HR
Previous experience working/implementing SF different modules (full cycle implementations already covered)
Previous international experience and fast pace environments
Previous experience in certified companies (ISO9001)
Fluent English, both spoken and written mandatory (French as a plus)
Good MS Office (namely Excel and Powerpoint)
