Your mission will be…

1. Work with consultants and business representatives in an international environment to collect, transform & analyze data.
2. Provide Level 2 and partially Level 3 support for Microsoft Defender and its interfaces.
3. Act as a bridge between customer needs/issues and the Development team.
4. Work closely with Customers, Software Developers, Dev
   Ops Engineers, and BI Developers.

We are looking for someone with…

1. +4 years of experience within IT Support.
2. Sound knowledge in IT, OT, Networking, Protocols, and general IT Infrastructure regarding cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
3. Working experience in maintaining/configuring Microsoft Defender Suite and role model definition/setup.
4. Basic experience in Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure SQL Database would be beneficial.
5. High interest in working with Microsoft Defender suite and domain of
   - related data for IT, OT, and Io
   T.
6. Basic experience in agile IT, e. g. SAFE or Scrum Framework.
7. Great oral and written skills in English.
8. Communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment and across all management levels.
9. Proactive attitude, ability to work with a team, and
   - solving skills.
