BNPP Wealth Management Offering teams are currently growing in Portugal. These are very interesting opportunities to join the growing PIMH (PIMH = Portugal International Markets Hub) family as dealer for Structured Products.

Your Main Activities Are

1. Execute structured product orders received from clients, focusing on (1) secondary market orders and (2) primary market orders for
   - called "flow" structured products (mostly equity yield enhancement products) - most often executed after launching a RFQ (request for quotes).
2. Ensure flawless monitoring of the transactions' processing and corresponding
   - related risks.
3. Provide various services to the structured product dealers located in Luxembourg and Switzerland, such as documentation (term sheet, KID) checks or creation of structured product related marketing material.
4. Contribute to the development of fruitful relationships with (1) all internal parties involved in structured products (e. g. , front teams, back offices, risk teams, credit teams) and (2) the major
   - side structured product issuers that service the execution team.
5. Coordinate with the securities master file team (SMF) to ensure new structured products are registered in the Bank's system in a proper and timely manner.
6. Support the PIMH execution middle office in its tasks related to structured products (which hover around controls and trade facilitation).
7. Maintain and enrich various structured
   - related databases.
8. Take an active part in the industrialisation of the structured product activity, notably by regularly testing the newly developed "Contineo" tool.
9. Contribute to the origination of new structured product ideas, in coordination with structured products specialists located in Switzerland and Luxembourg.
10. Maintain fluid communication with management - both in Portugal (local) and in Switzerland (functional).

Profile and Skills to Success

1. Bachelor degree in Finance or equivalent.
2. Up to 7 years of experience in a similar position.
3. Knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments.
4. Excellent analytical skills.
5. Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and listening in English.
6. Strong analysis capacity, rigor and accuracy, dynamism, autonomy, organization and responsibility.
7. Ability to work under pressure and commit to deadlines.
8. Strong interpersonal working relationships.
9. Able to adapt to a fast pace and
   - cultural environment.
10. Passion, tenacity and resilience in an
    - changing environment.
