The Strategy & Operations Associate will work closely with Growth Department leadership to support Sword Health's
- paced expansion. This role will focus on driving revenue and enhancing member experience by taking on
- impact strategic projects and operational initiatives. The associate will lead and assist in special
- related projects that influence key business areas across departments, ensuring smooth execution of growth strategies and campaigns with significant
- functional and financial impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist in key strategic growth projects, including performance analysis, data visualization, and strategic planning;
• Support the growth organization in tactical campaigns designed to increase revenue and improve operational performance;
• Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth operations;
• Plan and coordinate key growth meetings, ensuring effective communication and information flow between teams;
• Drive the execution of growth strategies, including improving and standardizing processes for greater operational efficiency;
• Serve as a key contributor to the performance management and development of initiatives aimed at expanding Sword Health’s market presence and client reach.

What you need to have:

• 2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or in a
  - growth startup environment;
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights;
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a
  - paced, dynamic environment;
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to structure and manage data for efficient
  - making;
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve strategic goals;
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
