Role Overview

The Senior Analyst/Associate will collaborate with the Strategy & Investment team, providing financial analysis, market research, and strategic recommendations to support the company’s growth. The role requires strong financial modelling skills and experience in hospitality, consulting, or private equity.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Modeling

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, and capital expenditures
• Perform detailed
  - level performance analyses for existing properties, identifying opportunities to improve financial outcome

Investment & Portfolio Management

• Assist in the evaluation of new investment opportunities, including acquisitions, development projects, joint ventures and partnerships
• Monitor the performance of existing investments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and preparing periodic reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Ad-hoc analysis to support
  - making processes for senior leadership and stakeholder

Strategic Planning & Business Development

• Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Assist in the development of presentations and reports for senior executives and board meetings, summarizing key insights and strategies

Market & Industry Research

• Conduct
  - depth market research and benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the hospitality industry, including competitor performance, regional demand drivers, and regulatory factos
• Analyze macroeconomic factors affecting the business and industry, incorporating insights into strategic recommendations and financial models

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, finance, sales and marketing teams to align investment strategies with operational goals

Required Skills & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years in consulting, private equity, or investment banking, ideally in hospitality or real estate.
• Strong financial modelling skills; proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of hospitality or real estate sectors is a plus.
