Strategy & Development Manager
Details – Hospitality, Sports & Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports & Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal, being responsible for managing the main hotel units, located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.

Overall Purpose
The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, proven experience in hospitality, consulting, private equity, or a related field, and the ability to thrive in a
- paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and oversee detailed financial models to evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, and capital expenditures
- Perform detailed
- level performance analyses for existing properties, identifying opportunities to improve financial outcome - Lead the evaluation of new investment opportunities, including acquisitions, development projects, joint ventures and partnerships
- Monitor the performance of existing investments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and preparing periodic reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate
- hoc analysis to support
- making processes for senior leadership and stakeholders - Be responsible for provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis, market trends and competitive landscape
- Be responsible for the development of presentations and reports for senior executives and board meetings, summarizing key insights and strategies
- Coordinate
- depth market research and benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the hospitality industry, including competitor performance, regional demand drivers, and regulatory factos - Oversee the analysis of macroeconomic factors affecting the business and industry, incorporating insights into strategic recommendations and financial models
- Work closely with operations, finance, sales and marketing teams to align investment strategies with operational goals

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in consulting, private equity, investment banking, or a similar strategic finance role, preferably within the hospitality or real estate sectors.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills;
- Familiarity with hospitality management, hotel and/or sports operations, and real estate investment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, assess investment risks, and provide clear recommendations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex financial information to
- financial stakeholders. - Proven ability to work in
- functional teams and manage multiple projects in a
- paced environment. - Advanced proficiency in Power
Point and Excel. Experience with Power BI and AI tools/softwares is a plus.
