About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Architect to lead the definition and implementation of global reference architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technological evolution, and governance principles. This role requires a strong background in enterprise architecture, experience with capability models, and the ability to develop transformation roadmaps and financial impact assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement Reference Architectures at a global level, selecting key technologies.
• Establish Golden Rules to standardize architectural practices.
• Conduct GAP analysis between existing solutions and the defined Reference Architecture.
• Develop a Transformation Roadmap to guide strategic implementation.
• Assess and estimate financial impacts associated with architectural decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Up to 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture roles.
• Proven expertise in Enterprise Architecture techniques and capability models.
• Strong
  - solving skills with a critical thinking mindset.
• Experience leading 20+ architectural projects at a strategic level.
• Leadership experience in 3+
  - level strategic architectural projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to conduct workshops, develop business cases, and present to top management.
• Experience in creating
  - level presentations.
• Strong commitment to quality and governance.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus.
