Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated
- divisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.

International and interdisciplinary cooperation: As a Purchasing Controller, you will be part of the new company and thus contribute to a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.

• You analyze purchasing data, generating insightful Purchasing Management reports on performance and competitiveness.
• You identify aspects that have an impact on target achievement and propose appropriate measures in case of deviation.
• You track and support Cost Center planning for Budget and Headcount in the global Purchasing organization.
• You plan required periods and schedules for efficient task processing.
• You prepare, support, or develop standard and
  - hoc reports using
  -
  - date IT Tools (e. g. , Power-BI).
• You contribute to introducing new controlling tools in Purchasing along with related functions.
• You perform Detective controls in Purchasing and Procurement, ensuring compliance with laws and internal regulations. You define and track measures until closure in case of findings.
• You actively support Process Excellence in Purchasing.

Qualifications

• Education: university degree or completed vocational training with qualified further training and extensive
  - specific additional qualifications.
• Personality and Working Practice: You are
  - motivating,
  - organized, able to work under time pressure and willing to contribute with improvement proposals. Additionally, you are familiar with working in an international business environment.
• Experience and Know-How: You have working experience in the area of Purchasing Controlling or Controlling with insights in purchasing and purchasing processes of five years or more. You have an excellent command of relevant tools such as SAP, Excel, Power BI, or the like.
• Languages: very good command of written and spoken English. Willingness to travel. Note: Manager will be located in Germany; English proficiency is a MUST as well as willingness to travel.
