In Pronovias Group we have been over 50 years dressing dreams with our five brands: Pronovias, San Patrick, White One, Nicole y Ladybird.

We are currently hiring a Store Manager for our store in Porto, who will coordinate and lead the store team and related activities in accordance with the guidelines of the Area Manager, ensuring compliance with assigned sales targets, customer satisfaction, and the image of Pronovias.

Role and Responsibilities:

P&L and Reporting:

• Based on the P&L defined by Corporate, define the monthly and annual strategy of the store (sales, personnel, and stock) to guarantee the sales objectives and profitability of the business unit.
• Report to the Area Manager on the evolution of the store to provide updated information to facilitate decision making.

Operations:

• Supervise the planning of the daily scheduling of appointments, fittings, and tasks to ensure the organization of activities in terms of human and material resources, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational success of the store.
• Manage store stock and follow up on the results of inventories to minimize losses and adjust orders according to demand.
• Organize and supervise
  - sales processes (test, delivery, ironing, and composure) of different dresses to ensure success in programmed fittings and customer satisfaction.

Customer and Image:

• Collaborate with clients' needs by offering professional treatment in product selection and acting as an ambassador of the brand PRONOVIAS.
• Ensure a cohesive store image following the company's internal policy.

Team Organization:

• Organize and supervise the store team by establishing and monitoring individual and group objectives to guarantee a service oriented to excellence and adapted to the sales cycle of Pronovias.
• Manage and optimize team schedules, adapting them to business needs.
• Regularly inform and share with the team everything that affects the operation of the point of sale (products, prices, computer system, etc. ) to ensure the correct development of activities.

Leadership:

• Attract and select the best talent for Pronovias.
• Motivate the team during their experience in Pronovias, ensuring they demonstrate the highest professional excellence.
• Coordinate and apply various projects and development plans for the team, recognizing and enhancing their growth within the company.
• Promote a positive working environment and manage problems and conflicts professionally and impartially.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with consolidated experience in Store Management in Premium or Luxury Fashion sectors; knowledge of the bridal or occasionwear industry is a plus.

Excellent communication skills are required, and knowledge of different languages will be positively valued.
