We are looking for a Staffing & Talent Acquisition Specialist with a background in outsourcing to join our team in Lisbon. This hybrid role is focused on client management and full-cycle recruitment, ensuring that our clients receive top talent while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.

Additionally, this position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the development of a new IT Staffing Platform, contributing with ideas and expertise to enhance our recruitment and outsourcing processes. The role will also involve managing Outsourcing Suppliers, ensuring smooth operations and quality service delivery.

Client Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding talent acquisition needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on hiring processes.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
Recruitment & Candidate Management
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top candidates for various roles.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Provide structured feedback to candidates and clients.
- Track candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely
- ups and a smooth experience.
Outsourcing & Platform Development
- Play an active role in the development of a new platform, bringing insights and suggestions to improve efficiency.
- Manage outsourcing suppliers, ensuring effective service delivery and adherence to company standards.
Main requirements
Who You Are:
- +2 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Background in Outsourcing
- Strong at Client relationship management
- Skilled in recruitment processes, from sourcing to candidate feedback
- Excellent communicator, fluent in English
- Based in Lisbon, in a hybrid work model (50% office - 50% remote)
