Ops to lead technical excellence, infrastructure scalability, and system reliability across their engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dev
Ops practices, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines, with
- on expertise in system design, automation, and performance optimisation. In this role, you will drive technical strategy, mentor engineers, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions. You will collaborate with

Responsibilities:
- Drive the
- term technical vision for Dev
Ops practices, ensuring alignment across teams and value streams. - Architect and implement scalable,
- performance infrastructure solutions, ensuring resilience, automation, and maintainability. - Mentor engineers at all levels, fostering growth through coaching, workshops, and technical reviews.
- Partner with Tech Leads, Principal Engineers, and Product Managers to align infrastructure initiatives with business priorities.
- Set and uphold engineering best practices, automation standards, and infrastructure design principles across teams.
- Optimise system performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, ensuring applications meet performance SLAs and user expectations.
- Champion security best practices, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Influence and contribute to the technology roadmap, advocating for investments in automation, scalability, and infrastructure innovation.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to create infrastructure designs that align with
- level architectural plans. - Balance strategic leadership with
- on work, including coding, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and system troubleshooting. - Bridge the gap between engineering, product, and business teams, effectively communicating technical challenges and solutions.
- Maintain technical backlogs and roadmaps, ensuring key items are included during planning sessions.
- Be on standby to respond promptly to system issues, troubleshoot, and collaborate with teams to resolve incidents with agility.

Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and security. - Self-motivated and able to balance strategic oversight with
- on tasks like coding, code reviews, and system optimisation. - An effective communicator, fluent in English, able to bridge technical and
- technical teams and align the organisation on technical goals.
Desirable:
- Experience in fintech or payment orchestration industries.
- Proven experience working in
- growth,
- paced technology environments. - Familiarity with
- based architecture, microservices, and containerisation technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Strong knowledge of software security, cryptography, and PCI-DSS principles.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Expertise in database optimisation, system performance tuning, and delivering scalable technical solutions.
