Requirements:

1. Experience: 5 years
2. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3. Experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role, with a focus on SRE and Dev
   Ops.
4. Strong analytical and
   - solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
5. Proactive,
   - oriented, and committed to fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Technical Skills:

1. Strong understanding of cloud and experience with
   - native technologies.
2. Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, etc. ), logging (ELK, Loki), and tracing (Jaeger, Open
   Telemetry).
3. Knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and Ia
   C (Terraform, Ansible).
4. Proficiency in application instrumentation, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
5. Strong skills in programming languages like Python, Go, and SQL; and network protocols (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP).
6. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and process automation.
7. Proven ability in troubleshooting distributed systems and identifying performance bottlenecks.
