Job Description:

You'll be part of a team of Account and Sales Operations (ASO), responsible for supporting the business to achieve sales and market strategy objectives. Ensure a reliable, adequate and competitive B2B customer service level for all assigned wholesale customers of the channel.

- quality services for Customer Service and Invoice to Cash, Accounts Payable, Retail Accounting,
- commerce Accounting and other Finance processes as well as HR Services for adidas companies located in Europe and Americas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support communication with wholesale customers via all relevant communication channels providing information related to orders and articles and compiling various
   - related analyses at the request of customers or sales;
2. Working in close cooperation with internal and external departments when dealing with the following topics: backlogs, scheduled deliveries, cancellations, launches,
   - pack promotions, procurement, returns and complaints;
3. Monitoring
   - blocked orders and coordinating credit limit increases (credit requests) with Finance and Sales;
4. Support the team lead in key tasks of the ASO team;

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

1. University degree or equivalent experience;
2. Ideally 5 years of relevant experience in B2B/Wholesale support;
3. Business fluency in English and German;
4. Solid knowledge of Excel - VLook
   Ups and Pivot Tables;
5. Ideally, knowledge in SAP FI and Assist (Salesforce);
