At adidas, our belief is that “through sports, we have the power to change lives. ” The Trade Terms team plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of discount conditions within the adidas wholesale business. As part of the Account & Sales Operations Stream, the Trade Terms team is responsible for maintaining, updating, and analyzing discount information in SAP to support sales and market strategy objectives.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

1. Ensure accurate maintenance and updates of trade terms information in SAP.
2. Maintain On-Invoice and Off-Invoice discounts.
3. Contribute to the resolution of queries related to missing or inaccurate discounts.
4. Support ongoing projects for the implementation of technology solutions.
5. Act as the first point of contact for
   - related issues and escalations.
6. Assist in systems or process initiatives relating to discount conditions and provide ad hoc analysis.
7. Collaborate with Account Operations, Sales teams, and other stakeholders to improve daily processes and tasks.
8. Provide backup support for the Team Leader when needed.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

1. Proficient spoken and written command of English.
2. Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
3. 4-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or business areas.
4. Solid experience with SAP SD and Excel.
5. Experience with Salesforce (Assist) - preferential.
6. Experience in a Shared Service environment or similar.
