Responsibilities:

• Software testing and quality assurance of Five9 Virtual Contact Center applications, working under Agile software development environment
• Provide technical leadership to design test plans for native cloud applications built in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Lead Quality and Automation initiatives across
  - disciplinary teams, coordinating process definition, best practices and efficient usage of infrastructure
• Participate in Agile software development initiatives (standup, grooming session, sprint demo, increment planning)
• Working within geographically distributed team of Dev, UX/UI architects, Pd
  M, RM, and QE

Required skills:

• 5+ years’ experience in the Saa
  S industry, understanding of SW development process and testing methodologies
• Knowledge of SW version control,
  - tracking, and test management systems
• Experience in
  - end testing of Web based apps on desktops (Win, i
  OS) as well as on i
  Pad/Android tablet, and mobile devices
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills, logs analysis
• Proven experience in building, maintaining, and supporting test solutions for enterprise Saa
  S applications
• CS/EE degree or equivalent with 5+ years of proven related experience
• Practical experience with DBMS (My
  SQL desirable)
• Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux
• Experience of API testing
• Knowledge of programming techniques and algorithms (OOP, multithreading, script languages such as Java Script or Python)
• Knowledge of Java Integrated Development Environment (Eclipse, Inteli
  J, etc. )
• Knowledge of Web UI Automation with tools like Selenium
• Good technical English reading, writing, and verbal skills
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills
• Strong interpersonal, reliable and communication skills

Desirable skills:

• Cloud platform experience such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure automation software tools
• Experience in Test Automation projects for cloud computing solutions (private or public)
• Experience with No
  SQL DB like Google Cloud Datastore
• Experience with security protocols (i. e. , OWASP Top Ten, PCI Compliance, and data encryption standards)
• Basic knowledge of Vo
  IP, ISDN, PSTN
• Experience with
  - volume transactional systems
