Join Our Dynamic Team as a Project Management Officer
Purpose: Become an integral part of the Profectus PMO Community, reporting to the PMO, but working

- day with the S/4HANA Programme Manager and End-to-End Leads. You'll support the embedding and management of operational PMO routines aligned with our PMO Standards and ways of working, supporting and enabling the successful delivery of our Global S/4HANA Implementation.
Description: As a Project Management Officer, you'll be responsible for upholding and managing our project management standards, governance routines, and ways of working. Your key responsibilities will include:
Project Standards:
- Aligning projects with Profectus PMO Standards and Ways of Working.
- Onboarding new team members to project tools and methodologies.
- Cascading PMO processes and tools to the project team.
- Ensuring compliance with Project Management Standards, Profectus Methodology, and Ways of Working.
Managing & Governance:
- Supporting project workstreams in planning activities aligned with the Profectus Planning Framework.
- Maintaining the integrated project plan, reporting key interdependencies and planning conflicts.
- Managing and consolidating project risks and issues, flagging areas for escalation.
- Defining actions from the risk log and coordinating mitigation activities.
- Ensuring project meetings and cadence align with the Profectus Governance Framework.
- Recording and making visible decisions and actions from governance boards.
- Managing scope change requests and coordinating impact assessments.
- Overseeing the deliverable repository, approval processes, and ensuring quality control ready for stage gates.
Reporting:
- Implementing the reporting process in line with the Profectus Reporting Framework.
- Managing project status reporting and input into Programme Level reporting.
- Supporting the Project Manager in organizing workstream and project leadership meetings.
Resource Management:
- Creating and maintaining the resource forecast and plan.
- Managing the resource management process, including approvals and onboarding/offboarding.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Experience in
- market or similar roles. - Experience in global ERP Transformation programmes (SAP or equivalent).
- Flexibility to travel across all CCEP locations.
- University degree in business management or a comparable field.
- Excellent people management and communication skills.
- Proven success in stakeholder management within major transformation programs.

The Profectus Programme includes the Technology Transformation for our Customer Investment Management (using Salesforce); Our Warehouse Management (using SAP EWM) and core business (using SAP S/4HANA).
