MISSION

A Senior Interior Designer in Parfois, will be responsible for national and international stores’ interior design projects, providing an innovative perspective, creating retail interior experiences, in order to boost store experience and, consequently, business results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guarantee all the interior design projects, namely, store openings and remodeling at an international level
• Lead the creation of retail experiences for Parfois’ clients
• Develop new store conceptual designs, working through schematic design, and design development, taking into account the grow of the company
• Create aligned concepts, considering visual merchandising and integrating brand into one's design
• Guarantee the development and managing execution of concept furniture, according to Parfois’ brand guidelines
• Provide project team coordination for the finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for development and construction
• Ensure project management and review of submittals and finish samples according to brand’s guidelines
• Manage internal client expectations, team communication and coordination

PROFILE

• Minimum 5+ years of related experience as an interior designer with a strong background in retail design interiors
• Advanced skills in the design process, including Furniture Fixes & Equipment, furniture systems and specifications, color and materials
• Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills
• Must have a desire and proven ability to mentor and grow teams
• Knowledge of Autocad, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch
  Up and Archicad.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Interior Design or related field
• Availability to travel
