Responsibilities

• Guarantee all the interior design projects, namely, store openings and remodeling at an international level.
• Lead the creation of retail experiences for Parfois’ clients.
• Develop new store conceptual designs, working through schematic design and design development, taking into account the growth of the company.
• Create aligned concepts, considering visual merchandising and integrating the brand into one's design.
• Guarantee the development and management execution of concept furniture, according to Parfois’ brand guidelines.
• Provide project team coordination for the finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for development and construction.
• Ensure project management and review of submittals and finish samples according to the brand’s guidelines.
• Manage internal client expectations, team communication, and coordination.

Profile

• Minimum 5+ years of related experience as an interior designer with a strong background in retail design interiors.
• Advanced skills in the design process, including furniture fixes & equipment, furniture systems and specifications, color, and materials.
• Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Must have a desire and proven ability to mentor and grow teams.
• Knowledge of Auto
  CAD, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch
  Up, and Archi
  CAD.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
