YOUR MISSION
As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a key role in the Glovo Partners & Brands team. You will be directly handling the relationship with our top chain partners and you will be responsible for the growth, operational excellence, and all the marketing plans. You will be liaising with the most highly regarded brands, stores, and restaurants in your city.
THE JOURNEY
- Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement.
- Evaluate, follow up, and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically to improve operational KPIs with partners.
- Prepare deep dive analysis on Glovo’s business topics.
- Work based on systematic planning, analyzing available information and designing action steps.
- Execute plans to help your partners grow through promotions, marketing activations, and menu performance.
- Achieve your Quarterly Targets (Growth, Revenue, Ops, Commercial).
- Ensure that Glovo has the best content and build
- term marketing plans with partners. - Increase Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling Glovo’s assets.
- Manage objections and negotiate terms with partners.
- Interact with other areas (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure optimal service to partners.
- Organize your schedule in advance for deep dive tasks and meetings with partners.
- Teach partners to use the manager portal for
- sufficiency.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- At least 4 years of experience in
- performance account management and/or business consultancy; preferably in FMCG,
- hospitality, or
- demand delivery industry. Salesforce is a plus. - Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Public Relations.
- Ability to work in a high growth and
- performance
- up. - Good knowledge of Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
- Excellent local language and English skills.
- Strong commercial expertise with ability to conduct business and sales presentations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and
- oriented. - Problem solver,
- driven with an analytical approach.
