We are looking for a SQL Server Database Specialist for a challenging project.

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring high availability, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Use advanced T-SQL skills to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures for maximum performance.
• Regularly monitor and improve database performance, using profiling, indexing strategies, and other tuning methods to ensure
  - latency and
  - efficiency.
• Develop and optimize
  - text search solutions, allowing
  - users quick and relevant access to information.
• Engage with clients to diagnose and resolve technical challenges, even under
  - pressure situations, providing efficient and effective solutions.
• Work closely with customers, including those with limited technical backgrounds, to understand their requirements and propose solutions that meet their business needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless database operations, and communicate with both team members and customers when issues arise, driving toward timely resolutions.

What you will need to bring:

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (different versions), with strong knowledge of T-SQL.
• Proven track record of performance tuning, with a thorough understanding of query optimization, indexing, and profiling methods.
• Hands-on experience in
  - text search implementations in SQL Server.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in English (C1-level).
