What are we looking for?

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a SQL Server DBA (minimum 5 years).
• Strong expertise in SQL Server installation, configuration, tuning, and maintenance.
• Solid knowledge of backup/recovery strategies and tools.
• Hands-on experience with database migration projects.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, Reporting (SSRS), and Analysis Services (SSAS).
• Proficient in reviewing and applying database security policies.
• Experience with load testing and performance validation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable:

• Microsoft certifications (e. g. , MCSE, Azure Database Administrator Associate).
• Previous experience in
  - volume or
  - critical environments.
• Knowledge of cloud database services (Azure, AWS, etc. ) is a plus.
• Experience in telecommunications or
  - scale data environments is an advantage.
