Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Customization and Maintenance: Develop, customize, and maintain our extensive Service
  Now platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of a vast user base.
• Innovative Solution Development: Use your deep expertise in Service
  Now to develop innovative solutions that push the boundaries of enterprise service management.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product owners and other team members to understand detailed requirements and transform them into
  - quality software solutions.
• Complex Problem-Solving: Employ exceptional debugging, testing, and
  - solving skills to navigate and resolve complex technical challenges within the Service
  Now ecosystem.
• Code Development and Review: Engage in coding efficient,
  - oriented software, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure maintainability and efficiency.

Technical Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience using Service
  Now platform, namely Service
  Now modules and APIs, Custom Apps development and deployment practices.
• Exceptional debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in coding efficient,
  - oriented, and modularised software.
• Experience in Java and
  - oriented Java
  Script and working with Java
  Script libraries, such as Angular/React JS, Bootstrap, j
  Query, and Prototype.
• Good knowledge of AJAX, JSON, XML, SOAP, REST, and associated frameworks.

Now Developers must also possess the following:

• Embrace agile and its implementation frameworks namely Scrum, to make the most out of all its events and work to keep evolving a
  - performing team.
• Be available to be a
  - functional team member by using and developing new skills and enabling a fully responsible team able to cover the whole product lifecycle.
• Use standard software engineering practices and tools like version control, IDEs, data dashboards, to manage and keep a systematic and organized development process.
• Use state of the art Dev
  Ops quality practices and tools such as Continuous Integration /Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to build, analyse, perform automated testing and deployment processes, to ensure a streamlined and reliable development workflow.
• Run and operate developed software inside and outside working hours if needed, to provide high quality software services (extra compensation will be applicable).
• Be available to travel abroad for short periods, as required to support all the phases of the product development cycle when needed.
• Have excellent English oral and written skills. German communication skills will be a plus.
