Within our GBS Hub in Porto, the Source to Pay (S2P) team is one of five global streams designing and implementing

- end services & solutions in NTP (Non-Trade Procurement). S2P
- collaborates with multiple stakeholders to define the current and future state of adidas business and its processes, identifying issues and risks, suggesting mitigation strategies and driving towards technology solutions. In a sense, S2P unites to simplify and create a unified buying experience for all adidas employees, with full compliance and
- time payment to vendors.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

1. Manage and maintain e
   Catalogues and e
   Marketplaces in adidas purchasing systems (Ariba Guided Buying)
2. Analyze
   - trade purchase orders monthly to calculate automation rates and identify improvement opportunities
3. Collaborate with Category Managers, Buyers, and IT support on Procurement projects, automation consulting, and Ariba solutions
4. Onboard new catalogue suppliers and maintain contact with them
5. Work with suppliers over Ariba Network to activate
   - out catalogues and connect with SAP Ariba

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

1. Business fluency in English both written and verbally
2. University degree in Management, Accountancy, Economics or related
3. 1 to 2 years of experience in a corporate
   - up (ideally in Procurement)
4. Solid knowledge of Excel - VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables
5. SAP Ariba
   - user knowledge (preferable)
