WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

1. Review existing strategies, salary ranges & benefits and develop ideas on how to drive them
2. Research for and development of market / benchmark data, translating them into fields of action for diconium
3. Review, manage and develop the strategy and operations on all Benefits related topics
4. Manage and develop the company´s strategy and operations concerning variable pay / bonus payments
5. Collaborate closely with teams across the HR departments as well as other functions within diconium
6. Initiate and lead projects in the field of Comp&Ben

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

1. Very good practical experience in this or a similar role, including both fields comp and ben
2. A deep understanding of different strategies and frameworks for both compensation and benefits
3. Strong analytical and communication skills
4. Strong skills in written and verbal English
5. Willingness to work both strategically and on daily business tasks
6. A huge plus: experience with Workday HCM, especially Advanced Compensation
